Delivery & Gas Fee Policy
Please note that delivery fees are not included in the listed prices of our products.
A separate gas/delivery fee will apply based on your location and must be paid upfront as part of your deposit to confirm your order. Failure to pay this fee in advance may result in delays or cancellation of your order.
If you choose to pick up your order, no delivery or gas fee will be charged. Pickup details will be provided upon confirmation.

Contactless Delivery Policy
At The Candy Lab, we offer and prefer contactless delivery for the safety, privacy, and convenience of everyone involved.
Unless otherwise arranged, your order will be left securely at your doorstep with no face-to-face interaction. You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered.
To help prevent fraud and ensure accountability, we take a photo of every delivery and pickup as proof. This protects both our business and our customers by confirming that the order was properly delivered or received.
We also require customers to confirm receipt of their order after delivery or pickup. Failure to confirm may result in restrictions on future orders.

Fraud Prevention Policy

We photograph every delivery and pickup as proof of completion.
These images serve as verification that your order was delivered or received properly.
Customers are required to confirm receipt of their order after delivery or pickup.
Once an order is documented as delivered or picked up, and confirmation has been provided (either by notification or customer response), no refunds or replacements will be issued for claims of non-receipt.
This policy helps prevent fraud and ensures a trustworthy process for everyone.
No Refunds / Replacement Policy
All sales at The Candy Lab are final — no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and confirmed.
We do our best to ensure every order is correct and up to our quality standards.
If an issue occurs due to an error on our end (such as a wrong item, missing product, or a quality issue we caused), we will happily:
Remake the product, or
Provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To request a remake or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a photo and short explanation of the issue.
Important Note on Storage & Care
Our candied fruit is perishable and must be stored in the freezer as soon as you receive it.
We provide clear frozen storage instructions and “Keep Frozen” sticker labels on our packaging as reminders.
We will not issue refunds or replacements for products that spoil or become damaged due to failure to follow these instructions.
Delivery Attendance Policy
When you place an order with The Candy Lab and select delivery, please be ready to receive your order at the scheduled time.
If you do not answer or respond within 10 minutes of the delivery arrival, or if you fall asleep or are otherwise unavailable despite knowing the delivery was scheduled, your order will be considered successfully delivered once left at your doorstep.
We will take a photo of the delivery as proof that your order was dropped off.
Due to tight delivery schedules, we cannot wait or delay other customers’ deliveries while waiting for you.
Failure to be available at delivery may result in a ban from placing future orders.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide timely service to all of our customers!

We kindly request that customers review this information thoroughly before submitting inquiries. Messages asking for prices or details that are already clearly stated on our platforms will not receive a response.

Non-Payment & Ban Policy
At The Candy Lab, a deposit is required to confirm all orders. Orders will not be prepared or held without payment of the required deposit.
If you attempt to place an order without submitting a deposit, your order will be automatically canceled.
If your order is canceled twice due to non-payment, you will be permanently banned from placing future orders.
This policy helps protect our time, supplies, and ensures fairness to serious customers.

At Da Candy Lab, all orders are first-come, first-served. Simply saying you “want it” does not guarantee that your item will be held.
